Summary:
To provide Technical Records support to the Willis Lease Finance portfolio/program and other areas of the business when required.
Responsibilities:
- Engine Records Review and Management
- Review and verification of the accuracy and completeness of Technical Documentation, including but not limited to lease returns, post-lease inspections, minor shop visits, etc.
- Ongoing maintenance and review of the engine records during the lease period.
- Responsible for the collation and management of original records with due consideration for regulatory and Willis’s storage obligations.
- Audit compliance of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins for each engine and ensure correct/status is entered into the applicable database and records management system.

- Maintain continuous familiarity with WAML and WLFC processes and procedures.

Summary:
A principally technical role within the Fleet Management Team. This role will involve the independent and competent management of multiple commercial engine projects on behalf of third-party customers and internal requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Act as virtual powerplant manager for airline clients.
- Fleet planning and maintenance cost forecasting.
- Optimisation of removal planning and engine disposition.
- Cost reduction initiative implementation.
- Performance of Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) / Engine Condition Monitoring (ECM) tracking & reporting.
- Full management of engine shop visit events (Inc. Workscope compilation, table inspection attendance, Repair oversight, material management & Post shop visit documentation and invoice review.

Summary:
Licensed Aircraft Engineers are responsible for performing maintenance on time and by the applicable requirements, regulations, and approved standards so that all maintenance is released to service in a safe and compliant manner. The Licensed Aircraft Engineer role also includes tasks not directly related to maintenance, but crucial to the overall functioning of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as Certifying & Support Staff and exercises privileges in accordance with individual authorisation document.
- Supervision of Base maintenance activities.
- Allocating work.
- Satisfactory completion and certification of all work required by contracting operators/customers following the work specification (work order and approved MOE procedures).
- Ensuring that the organization’s procedures and standards are always complied with.
- Interacting with Quality Auditors to ensure that the quality function can perform unhindered.
- Implementation of the Quality Policy and Human Factor issues.
- Working in and maintaining facilities to a high standard.
- Performing maintenance strictly following approved maintenance data.

Summary:
